Sending a request does not confirm an appointment. An appointment is confirmed only when the clinic contacts you and agrees a time.

Emergencies

Do not use the website for emergencies. If you have severe swelling, difficulty breathing or swallowing, or uncontrolled bleeding, contact emergency services or go to the nearest hospital.

Accounts and reviews

Keep your password private. Reviews must be your own honest experience and must not contain abuse or other people’s private information.
